This article will guide you through the steps required to manage the forms that are available to you.
- Sign in to your My Cloud Forms portal
- From the Account Menu, navigate to Account Management -> My Forms
- Select a Form Category to see the available forms
- Check the forms you wish to be visible or Uncheck the forms that you wish to hide
- Click Save
