This article will guide you through the steps required to manage the forms that are available to you.


  1. Sign in to your My Cloud Forms portal
  2. From the Account Menu, navigate to Account Management -> My Forms
  3. Select a Form Category to see the available forms
  4. Check the forms you wish to be visible or Uncheck the forms that you wish to hide
  5. Click Save
