You may cancel your My Cloud Forms subscription at any time.
Please be aware that refunds are not issued for monthly billing plans. For example, if your plan period is from January 1 to February 1 and you cancel your subscription on January 15, you will not be issued a refund for the remaining period. You will however be able to use the service right up until February 1 or until your plan quotas have been spent.
How to cancel a subscription
Canceling is easy. All you need to do is opt out of automatic plan renewal. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Sign into your My Cloud Forms portal
- Under Account Management, select Plans
- Under Plan Manager, uncheck the Auto Renew check box
That's all there is to it. When your plan expires your credit card will not be charged again and you will automatically be put on the Home Business plan which is free.
If you wish to restart your service, simply select a new Plan and provide payment information.
